In the first 9 months of this year, the balance of foreign trade was 2.4 billion US dollars, an increase of 1.1 billion US dollars (88.9 percent) compared to the same period of the previous year. However, in September of this year, the profit was 248.8 million US dollars, which was 205.5 (45.2 percent) less than the previous month. Trade with China in the first 9 months of this year was 9.8 billion US dollars, accounting for 64.7 percent of foreign trade turnover. Coal accounted for 54.2% and copper concentrate for 28.8% of the goods exported to the country. But 99.9 percent of the goods exported to Switzerland were gold.

Exports increased by 2.4 billion US dollars in the first 9 months of this year compared to the same period of the previous year, due to the increase of coal export by 3 billion and gold export by 131.3 million US dollars. The average border price of the main export goods decreased in September 2022 compared to the previous month. For example, the average border price of coal decreased by USD 57 per ton, and the average border price of copper concentrate decreased by USD 85 per ton.

The physical volume of coal exports in September of this year reached 4.2 million tons, an increase of 358.7 thousand tons from the previous month, while the value reached 623.3 million US dollars, a decrease of 164.0 million US dollars, according to the National Statistics Committee

As of the first 9 months of this year, China accounted for 35.1 percent, Russia 29.9 percent, Japan 8.3 percent, South Korea 5.1 percent, the United States 3.1 percent, and Germany 2.1 percent, making up 83.6 percent of total imports. Petroleum products accounted for 60% of goods imported from Russia, passenger cars accounted for 66.1% of goods imported from Japan, electric energy for 4.6% of goods imported from China, and trucks for 9.5%.

Imports increased by 1.2 billion dollars compared to the same period of the previous year, due to the increase of import of diesel fuel by 265.1 million dollars, import of gasoline by 178.8 million dollars, and import of passenger cars by 160.8 million dollars.

Exports of mineral products, precious stones, metals, jewelry, and textiles account for 98.2 percent of total exports, while 74.6 percent of imports are mineral products, machinery and equipment, electrical and vehicles, their parts, basic metals, products made from them, and ready-made food products. occupied.
